A few notes before you write
- We work on the Pacific Northwest coast — Washington, Oregon, southern BC. Projects further afield are rare.
- Residential budgets typically start at $2M for new construction; substantial renovations from $800K.
- Civic work is by RFP — we respond to about a third of what comes through.
- We do not do schematic-only work or design-bid.
